The minimum amount for ordering through our website is $10.00 (before sales tax and shipping charges).

What is your shipping policy?
If your order is placed on this website by 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) and all the items you ordered are in stock, then your order should be processed within 1-5 business days. We do our best to process your order as soon as possible, but we may get backed up from time to time.

All website orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground Service and are typically delivered within 2 to 6 business days to most destinations (not including order processing time described above). Packages are shipped from Southern California.

Shipping charges are calculated in your shopping cart prior to checkout.

Can I expedite shipping on my order?
Sorry, but at this time we do not expedite shipping on orders; however, we always do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we only accept U.S. orders.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Because FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. boxes, we require a physical address for all orders.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax on any order being shipped to a California address. If your order is being shipped to a location outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can request changes by emailing us at info@frankandbean.com. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed. If you complete the checkout process and realize you've made a mistake, please email us immediately to request any changes.

What happens if the items I ordered are not in stock?
We do the best we can to indicate on our website if an item is out of stock or on back order, but on rare occasions we may run out of an item before the website can be updated. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you and you'll have the option of exchanging the item or canceling your order. If after reasonable effort we are unable to reach you, we will refund the charges for the portion of your order containing the out of stock items and ship the items that were in stock.

What is your return policy?
Incorrect, damaged or defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange if reported to Frank & Bean LLC within 5 days of delivery of the order. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. Please contact us to arrange for the return of the items.

Unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange if reported to Frank & Bean LLC within 15 days of delivery of the order. Such refunds and exchanges do not include shipping costs for receiving or returning the items. Upon our receipt of your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card or send out your exchanged merchandise. Frank & Bean LLC is not responsible for any returned packages lost by the carrier. In addition, CODs will not be accepted.

All returns must first be reported to Frank & Bean LLC. Unreported packages returned to Frank & Bean LLC will be returned to sender. Please mail your reported return packages to:

Do you sell Frank & Bean gift certificates?
We do not currently offer gift certificates.

Can your products be purchased wholesale?
Yes. If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products, send your store name, resale number, address and phone number to info@frankandbean.com, and we'll mail you our wholesale catalog and wholesale ordering information.

Are there any job openings at Frank & Bean?
Currently, we are not hiring employees; however, we are always looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced sales representatives to sell our products. If you are a sales representative interested in promoting our line, please email us at info@frankandbean.com.

Is your website secure?
Frank & Bean LLC utilizes the services of Mal's Ecommerce (www.mals-e.com) and PayPal (www.paypal.com) to operate the shopping cart and credit card transactions on this website. Both Mal's Ecommerce and PayPal have password security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of any personal information you input when ordering through this website. Both Mal's Ecommerce and PayPal use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that shopping on this website is secure. Frank & Bean LLC makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures and shall not be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this privacy policy as a result of a security breach or technical malfunction.

To ensure that a connection is secure, look at the upper or lower righthand or lefthand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. Depending on your browser, you will see an unbroken key or a closed lock to indicate that the SSL is active and your information is secure. You can also look at the URL line of your browser. What is your privacy policy?
Frank & Bean LLC does not sell any personal information to other companies.

We use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. We do not belong to any groups that track users across websites. If you choose to reject the cookies, some areas of the website may not function properly or may not be accessible.

We require some information for shipping and billing. We may on occasion use our email list to distribute our own promotional materials; however, you can at any time request to be removed from our email list. We will never sell, give away, or otherwise allow the use by others of our customer lists or information. Without explicit permission, we will not use addresses, phone numbers or other personal information for purposes other than order processing.

We reserve the right to amend our privacy policy periodically. Use of any personal information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such personal information is used. Any amendments made to our privacy policy will be considered effective 10 days after the amendments are posted on this website.
